Friendly comments welcome, however. unhelpful sarcastic remarks are not appreciated. This was my capstone project from my Multimedia Production Diploma. The idea evolved from doing a parody of 2001: A Space Odyssey, but that didn't pan out since the scene I planned to parody wasn't actually in the movie. So I revised my plan and instead did a an alien invasion by Space Invaders with salvation brought by an L-Block. With the exception of the Space Invaders Extreme menu song, the Tetris A-Type theme, and the main theme from 2001: A Space Odyssey, all of which I tried to remix; I didn't use any actual copyrighted material in the video. The copyrights of Space Invaders and Tetris belonging to Taito and Nintendo respectively are of course respected and I don't claim ownership of either. Also please don't harp on my terrible green screen work, I'm already well aware of how I messed that up, but by the time I realized that it was too late to redo it. I was on a time frame, ya' know.

Friendly comments welcome, however. unhelpful sarcastic remarks are not appreciated. This was another project I did for my Multimedia Production Diploma. The idea was to create a tribute to some of the classic video games of yesteryear. The project was mostly done using Autodesk Maya 10, except for a few of the effects which I added using Apple's Motion 4. The final product was achieved using Final Cut Pro, in which I added the background music. The background music itself is Mario World March #3 courtesy of Chesderman over on Newgrounds.com It's a shame Nintendo doesn't make games like they used to. Disclaimer: The usual stuff, copyrights, respective owners etc. etc.

The assignment was to create a web ad for a fictional auto dealer known as "Horn Motors." Yes that is actually me poking my head out the window of the Hummer waving like an idiot. Yakety Sax copyright of the Benny Hill show etc etc.

This time the assignment was to create a movie trailer for a really old movie, presumably because the copyrights have expired on them. We had several old movies to choose from, but I went with the old Vincent Price film "The Last Man on Earth," mostly because it was the one that sounded the most interesting. Let me just say right now that the film is a lot more boring than the title makes it sound. Never the less, my goal with this trailer was to make the film seem a heck of a lot more interesting than it actually was, Well isn't that the goal of all movie trailers? ;) With this film though I had my work cut out for me, you'll have to let me know if I succeeded. The majority of the work was done using Final Cut Pro, with some effects done using Apple Motion 4.
