How MMA Fighters Lose 30 Pounds in 5 Days - How to Cut Weight FAST
Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed Dandelion Root Extract on amazon: http://amzn.to/2zYS1Nh Warning - This method of losing weight is not a sustainable approach and will not provide long term results. The method I’m about to share with you is dangerous and should not be attempted without supervision. MMA Fighters will do pretty much anything to gain a competitive advantage and they put their bodies through some brutal methods to do so. They manipulate their bodies days before the fight in order to weigh in at a much lower weight than they normally walk around at, to gain most of it back before entering the ring to try and slap the heads of each other. This is the fight before the fight and can break any fighter both mentally and physically while potentially mess up inner organs and cause serious damage if taken too far. So the average adult body actually consists of about 60 % water which is something the fighters use to their advantage when cutting weight. It’s that fluid they want to squeeze out and they dehydrate themselves to lose most of the weight. They are usually already in great shape and have low body fat percentages so they won’t really burn much fat of in the weight cutting process. It’s not calories in calories out here but more about manipulating your water and sodium levels and put your body in overdrive to flush that weight off. So to start of the weight cut on day 5, they will drink a shitload of water, and a shitload equals at least 2 gallons or 8 liters of water. Drinking a lot more water than usual will not necessarily make you gain weight but will put your body into overdrive and trigger it to excrete and flush out more water than you take in and you might actually burn some extra calories from bouncing to the bathroom about 20 times a day. They also cut their carbs out completely which means they only eat foods with proteins and fats along with their water. A popular diet is the ketogenic diet which also manipulates your body similarly to the water loading. So they hold carbs extremely low or skip it completely, eat about 70 % of their caloric intake in fat and the rest in protein and this diet is pretty easy to adhere to and is something they follow even when they don’t need to cut. When there is no carbs in the body, there is no glycogen or blood sugar to get energy from and the body instead turns to fat for energy which is super effective if you want to get ripped. Another huge benefit with this kind of diet is that 1 gram of carb pulls 2.7 grams of water, and getting rid of carbs will essentially flush even more water out. So they start of by drinking ridiculous amounts of water to trigger that overdrive and flush water out. Then they tighten that funnel of water supply as they get closer to weighing in for the fight and eventually stops it completely. They keep track of both macro and micronutrients to manipulate and throw the body off to their advantage with carb and sodium cutting. Hot baths, sauna and towel bathing are then used to extract more fluid and they can even throw in some exercises in the mix just to make it a little extra. Finish it of by forcing down some dandelion root extract and they are on their way to make weight and finally be able slap the heads of each other. But guys again this is not a method for long term weight loss results and if you’re looking to shed fat you should look elsewhere. The best diet to follow is the one you can adhere to and I like the simplicity of intermittent fasting where you basically refrain from eating certain hours throughout the day. Ketogenic diet or flexible dieting are popular methods to stay lean for a longer period of time so definitely look into that. Just email me at [email protected] Audible 30 day free trail: https://goo.gl/x64Vb9 Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed Sell me this pen article: http://senatorclub.co/best-answer-to-sell-me-this-pen-i-have-ever-seen/ Sell me this pen is actually a very common demand when you go to a sales interview, and it’s not only something you see in movies. If you ever get asked this question, I want you to know exactly what to say. After watching this video, you will be able to not only convince the person asking, but blow them away with what you answer. So in this video, I will break down what to say when someone asks you to sell a pen, so you will be able to create a jaw dropping scene and crush any sales interview. when they ask this question, they will be able to see how good you are selling any product by your response. Your resume will come in second if you can demonstrate the art of selling, because that’s what it is. An art. There are four sales skills the person asking is looking for when you get asked to sell a pen. The following is the right framework so that you can respond perfectly every time. First, they want to see how well you gather information. Second, how well you respond to information. Third, how you deliver information. And last, how you ask for something, or how you close. You find out how they last used the pen, emphasize the importance of the activity they last used the pen for, sell something bigger than the pen, you know, get emotions involved. Then close it by making an offer he simply can’t decline. What if he says he’s not interested in buying your pen? Move on and realize you’re better off spending your time selling the pen to someone else. So just remember that you’re not selling the pen, but you’re demonstrating how well you can sell a product and if you master the framework and the art of selling. If you think this might help just one person in sales, please share the video with them. Kaizen - The Japanese Method to Form a Habit (Extremely Effective and Easy)
Optimize Yourself Mentally - My Own Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ht_yijZ4T5I&list=PLXN0XO_WBISl0yW6Peqme4YW6mMLvi3L7 Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed Creating a new habit can be a struggle and even if the motivation is there to get started, it tends to fade away before you’ve achieved any substantial results, and just like that you’re back to your old bad habits. What if I told you that there is an incredibly simple way to make any habit stick without the initial struggles and even without motivation. And this way will have much better long lasting results. It’s so easy to implement that anyone can do it and have success with it. So in this video I explain the Japanese approach called kaizen and how you can use it to make any habit stick for the long term. The Japanese word kaizen actually means Change and good. It translates to change for something better or continues improvement even in the smallest ways possible. This belief was displayed by Dr. W. Edwards Deming, an american who got involved in the Japanese car manufacturing process after world war II. He introduced his principles of how to improve the quality and process of manufacturing cars such as Toyota and Honda. Deming argued against popular belief that change has to be big and bold in order to have an effect - he was convinced of the opposite. Don’t change too much at once, but instead focus on the extremely small things that can be improved upon, every single day. Kaizen is very applicable to one’s personal life and improvement and Dr. Robert Maurer demonstrated this through his patients. Instead of asking his patients to completely change certain habits, he followed the principles of kaizen and asked them instead to do extremely small insignificant changes towards what they wanted to accomplish. Instead of telling his obese patient to exercise more and eat less, he simply told her to put her training shoes on and stand still on the treadmill for 30 seconds. And for nutrition he asked her to put one less cube of sugar in her coffee. Those were such small tasks to embrace and completing them got rid of that mental barrier that was always hindering them from starting in the first place, and they eventually started take bigger steps forward. Before kaizen, the thought of exercising and eating healthy regularly was just too much to ask for and triggered a sense of fear of failure and uncertainty. When these senses are detected, we naturally activate a fight or flight response. We quickly look for something to relieve this stressful feeling and instead of focusing rationally, our emotions takes over and we look to distract ourselves with comfortable activities and next thing you know you’ve watched 3 seasons of some new netflix series to avoid that fear of failure or rejection. But taking these embarrassingly small steps towards what you want to accomplish will actually trick the brain and you can tip tap toe past that barrier that hinders you from even starting. I remember a while back when my brother gave me a book and told me I should read it. All I saw was turning a bunch of pages and spending hours upon hours of reading it, which made me put it as a last priority, and I didn’t really consider even opening the book. However he said something very simple after that, that made me put reading that book as a first priority. He just said, just read the first 3-4 pages, I think you will enjoy that. I thought reading 4 pages will only take me a few minutes and while I have it in my hand I might as well open it. A few paragraphs into the book I forgot to count how many pages I’ve read, and next thing I knew I finished the first chapter. A few days later and I’d finished the whole thing simply because I decided to read a few pages, or more importantly I got started. With this kaizen approach, you can create new powerful long lasting habits because the initial resistance to change slowly fades away, and you will eventually embrace change as something good and something that is needed in order to progress. It’s highly effective and embraces the very important concept of constant and neverending improvement by taking very small steps every single day. If you want to start exercising, put your training shoes on a walk around at home for a minute every day for a week. If you want to write, hold a pencil for 30 seconds everyday for a week. Just take the tiniest little step and do it consistently for a few days and that’s it. And the beautiful thing with repetition is that it gets easier over time. Just get past that barrier that hinders you from getting started and you may very well be on your way of creating a powerful new habit. The Feynman Technique - Learn Difficult Concepts Faster - How to Learn Anything in 4 Steps
Optimize Yourself Mentally - My Own Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ht_yijZ4T5I&list=PLXN0XO_WBISl0yW6Peqme4YW6mMLvi3L7 Audible 30 day free trail: https://goo.gl/x64Vb9 Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed The Feynman Technique was developed by Richard Feynman, a nobel-prize winning physicist, known as the great explainer. The Feynman technique is a mental model that allows average people with little knowledge in a subject, to understand it quickly and retain the newly learned knowledge for a long time. Richard Feynman was not born a genius with a higher iq than than the average person, in fact he was quoted saying “I was just a normal person who studied hard.” His ability to clearly explain difficult and dense topics to virtually anybody was the foundation for his greatness, and through his work people are now learning dense topics faster, and are able to remember them for longer. A common method to use in order to try and retain something is to simply read about it over and over until you memorize what you read. Only to realize that you only remember part of it a few days later, and eventually forgetting almost everything about it. This might be useful if you have a 10 question quiz which you already know what the answers are going to be. However if you want to really understand what you learn, you have to do more than just read about it. You have to engage in it. Richard Feynman said “The first principle is that you must not fool yourself and you are the easiest person to fool.” You might think you have a good understanding of a certain subject, but if you can’t explain it clearly to someone without knowledge about it, you don’t understand it well enough. Whatever you want to understand better or learn from scratch, you can apply the Feynman technique. Step number one is to decide on a topic you want to understand and simply write down what you already know about it on paper. When you’ve written down what you already know, begin study the subject. Whenever you learn something new, add it to your paper. Eventually you will have a pretty good list of things you understand about it. The second step is to explain what you’ve written down. Pretend that you’re the teacher and have to explain to your students who doesn’t know anything about the subject. This will force you to break it down into simple terms that makes it easier to understand. Provide examples to add another dimension into the explanation. Step number three is to realize where you get stuck, and revisit the books. There will be gaps in your knowledge and you will be able to spot them easy using this technique. Fill your gaps by learning about the problem areas until you’re able to explain the concept fully to your imaginary classroom. The fourth and last step is to simplify everything and use analogies. Repeat the process of explaining the concept while each time using simpler terms and connecting facts with analogies. If your explanation is not simple or sounds confusing, that’s a good indication that your understanding in that area still needs some work. This will strengthen your understanding and you are now able to grasp a concept you didn’t know anything about, and you will be able to explain and teach it to others. Whenever you want to learn something new or simply improve your knowledge in a certain subject, apply this technique and you will surprise yourself how much you can learn and actually retain. Ironically, I know have a much better understanding of the Feynman technique since I was forced to explain it! Top 6 Intermittent Fasting Myths - Misconceptions and Mistakes while Intermittent Fasting Explained
Optimize Yourself Physically - My Own Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLXN0XO_WBISn-LC7n8DgZoQEj74xfSXdg If you liked this video you might enjoy another video I made about intermittent fasting, the science behind it and how you can apply it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q8zEuGUVWGw&t=5s Website: primedlifestyle.com Instagram: Primed Dr Michel vanDerschelden’s book on intermittent fasting: “The scientific approach to intermittent fasting”. http://amzn.to/2oKnM3p (Affiliate) Intermittent fasting should feel as natural as breathing once you get used to it, however I’ve noticed that a lot people are having trouble adapting to it fully. There seems to be a lot of broscience and old sayings that’s still sticking around that will destroy your chances of having success with it. So in this video, I will go through 6 common mistakes and misconceptions while intermittent fasting and how you turn can them around for your own benefit. One of the greatest benefits of intermittent fasting is the effects it has on the brain. When you’re in that fasted state with no glycogen, the body turns to fat for energy. As this happens, ketone bodies are released into the bloodstream which your brain prefers over other sources of energy. The release of ketones will increase your focus, concentration, ability to remember while simultaneously reducing the risk of alzheimer's and parkinson’s disease. It will also boost the BDNF, brain derived neurotrophic factor by a whopping 400 % so that your brain can make new cells, neurons and nerves. Make sure to use this to your advantage and occupy yourself with some productive work and reap the rewards of awesome work ethic Having black coffee or black or green tea in the fasted state could actually be beneficial for you. Studies have shown that green tea promotes fat loss. If you are a coffee person then black coffee is great in the fasted state. Bulletproof coffee is great when following a ketogenic diet but if you consume moderate amounts of carbs throughout the day you should avoid it because it does more harm than good in terms of calories and fat loss. Fizzy water and zero calorie drinks is also acceptable to drink while fasting. Intermittent fasting and lifting will actually make you gain lean mass without the too much of the fat, so don’t fear the hunger feeling. Everyone feels hungry at some point and to associate that feeling with something bad is only something the food industry would embrace to increase sales to frightened people. Feeling hungry is natural and just embrace it. However the more used you get to fasting the less hungry you will feel. Your body only likes to use fat for energy as a last resort, and in that fasted state, your body is depleted of glycogen and blood glucose so the body is forced to use fat as energy. When you wake up and have fasted for say 8 hours, your body is just starting to enter that fasted state. This is usually when we break the fast and have breakfast. Which is what I like to think of as the first mistake of the day. Keep fasting a few more hours and workout before having your first meal to get ripped. I hope I cleared up some misconceptions about intermittent fasting. When you really get into the habit of it, it will feel natural. Or as you’ve leveled up almost. Give it a try and reap the rewards of it. Warren Buffett - How Anyone can Invest and Become Rich
Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed Berkshire Hathaway Annual report: http://www.berkshirehathaway.com/letters/2013ltr.pdf Warren Buffett's favorite book -The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham on Amazon: http://amzn.to/2AlojQc Tony Robbins Money Master the Game on Amazon: http://amzn.to/2zyz84n Audible 30 day free trail: https://goo.gl/x64Vb9 Warren Buffett - One of the most successful investor of all times with an estimated net worth of over 80 billion dollars to this date has shared his methods for investing. Having bought his first stock at 11 years of age and having $53,000 dollars to his name at 17, he sure knows a thing or two about this market. And even though he spent a lifetime developing his skills, he’s has shared some very straightforward advice about investing that anyone can take advantage of. Warren Buffett’s first rule is to simply think long term over short term. He might be going overboard with this concept and he is truly embracing it around his entire life. He still lives in the same house he bought in 1958 and is also working at the very same desk since 50 years back and doesn’t use a computer but traditional pen and paper. He’s been quoted saying he doesn’t throw anything away until he’s had it for at least 20-25 years. So thinking long term is natural for him and the ability to resist selling has proved to be very successful for him. So having that said the reason why he’s holding on to what he buys is because he does his homework and does so very well. He’s stated many times that he spends 80 % of his day reading and catching up with the latest news and what companies to invest in. He thinks about life and investing as learning as much as he can and reads between 600-1,000 pages every single day. However not many people have the time or money to read for 8 hours a day and invest a few billions in the biggest companies like Warren Buffet, and it’s not a strategy that anyone can apply and find success with. And I wanted to make a video explaining how absolutely anyone can invest and become rich without taking time to read and grasp what to invest in which is why I’m super excited to share this with you. So when reading the Berkshire Hathaway Annual report of 2013, one of the most interesting paragraphs I found was on page 20 where he gave a very simple and straightforward advice about investing. He says “My money is where my mouth is: What I advise here is essentially identical to certain instructions I’ve laid out in my will. So in his will he’s demanded that future of his family's money money should be invested such as this: Put 10% of the cash in short-term government bonds and 90% in a very low-cost S&P 500 index fund.” And he finishes it off by stating “I believe the trust’s long-term results from this policy will be superior to those attained by most investors” I told you it was straight forward. Don’t try to outplay the market but instead play with it. No man or machine can predict the ups and downs of the market, well except for Warren Buffett, so it would be foolish to try to beat it when you can simply join it. The very same formula was also mentioned in Tony Robbins book money master the game and index funds really seems to be the future of investments because the market will always rise in long term, and that’s essentially what you invest in - the market. The S&P 500 contains all the 500 largest companies that trade on NYSE and Nasdaq. Instead of picking stocks individually, you can now own a piece of all of the biggest companies such as Apple, Microsoft and Google. And investing in an index fund is very secure since a single company might go bankrupt, however the market will not. And you don’t have to stick to only the U.S market but could invest in the european and asian markets that’s also doing very well and you can even invest in global index funds to own a part of the biggest companies in the world. And for the other 10 %, the short-term government bonds is a very low risk low cost alternative that is also offered by vanguard amongst others. Short-term bonds are very attractive to investors because of they’re very stable and consistently rising, however the return tends to be smaller. And I’ll finish it off through Warren Buffett’s words: “The goal of the non-professional should not be to pick winners but should rather be to own a cross-section of businesses that in aggregate are bound to do well.” Music: Life of Riley by Kevin MacLeod is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) Source: http://incompetech.com/music/royalty-free/index.html?isrc=USUAN1400054 Artist: http://incompetech.com/

Why Top Athletes Only Eat One Meal a Day
Fighter Fuel Coffee on Amazon: http://amzn.to/2BLOtfk Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed Some of the greatest athletes and prolific achievers of this generation has one unusual trait that most people would consider outright stupid. They only eat one meal a day. Now before you start commenting about how bad and dangerous this is, just hear me out first because I have some rather shocking information that these great achievers are using to their advantage. Eating one meal a day is a disaster for unhealthy food corporations and pharmaceutical industries because they’ll go bankrupt if the majority of people followed this advice. While at the same time dramatically enhance your cognitive function along with physical well being. So in this video I’ll show you why everything you thought you knew about food is wrong, and why top athletes and high achievers only eat one meal a day. This kind of eating is an extended type of intermittent fasting where they consume calories for about an hour a day and fast for the remaining 23 hours, and they usually eat in the evening. That means no breakfast, no lunch and no eating before working out. But don’t you need to eat before working out to have good results? Well not really. It might make you feel better since you’re used to it but it’s definitely not required. Now granted this type of diet is not for everyone but you might want to give it a go since it has some crazy benefits and some of greatest athletes are doing it. Ronda Rousey is or was doing the OMAD diet when she was competing at her peak when she absolutely destroyed her competition in both Strikeforce and the UFC. After becoming the first female american to get an olympic medal in Judo in 2008 she went on to dominate MMA for a number of years. And she explains one of her secrets for her huge success in an interview with MMA Mania. She says: "It's kind of a combination of The Paleo and The Warrior diet. I pretty much eat one meal a day - which takes place at night... There is one exception to all of this each day: I get to have coffee every morning. She continues to say that she she can get more out her training on an empty stomach than she would on a full stomach. Another top athlete that follows the OMAD diet is Kohei Uchimura, a seven-time olympic medalist, 19-time world medalist and by many considered to be the greatest gymnast of all time. He recently also revealed that he only eats one time per day which came as huge surprise for most people. Before he gets to destroy his first and only meal of the day he has worked out not once but two times already. Another advantage having an empty stomach is that it he doesn’t get sick from all the spinning and flipping he does, and he says that he feels like he’s in a good state training on an empty stomach. The same goes for Gen. Stanley McChrystal who was special operations commander and also overseeing NATO forces in afghanistan. He thinks It’s extremely convenient to not have to cook and eat several meals a day and it keeps him in peak physical condition. Eating one meal a day can also dramatically enhances the cognitive function and mental clarity because in that fasted state, it forces the brain to get its fuel from ketone bodies in a process called gluconeogenesis, and happens when other energy sources are depleted. Ketones are actually the prefered source of energy for both the brain and body and can make your brain run up to 70 % more efficiently than on blood sugar and glucose. If you want to know more about this you can watch my video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=asM02Vu19hw And to cite one study “intermittent fasting has crucial effects on physical and intellectual performance by affecting various aspects of bodily physiology and biochemistry that could be important for athletic success." It’s rule number one and the only rule you really need to know and is also the sole reason for why the rich gets richer, the poor gets poorer and the middle class struggles. So one of the reasons the rich gets richer, the poor get poorer, and the middle class struggles in debt is that the subject of money is taught at home, not in school. Schools will never teach how to make money work for people, but it does a good job in qualifying people to work for money. The basis of this video comes from Robert Kiyosaki and his best selling books on personal finances “Rich dad poor dad” as well as “the cashflow quadrant” and I highly recommend you to check these out to learn more about it. The reason why the rich gets richer while the poor and middle class struggles comes down to their personal balance sheet and income statements. Their income matches their expenses no matter how many pay raises they get, and their liabilities will only grow larger leaving the asset column untouched. So rule number one and the only rule you need to know: Know the difference between an asset and a liability, and buy assets. That’s it. Rich people acquire assets. The poor and middle class acquire liabilities that they think are assets. The rich get richer because they invest their income into their asset column which over time will only generate more income until their assets cover their expenses completely and they are out of the rat race. And the assets will only grow, hence the income it produces grows with it making the rich get even richer. So what are some of these assets that rich people buy that will keep them rich? Well I’m actually gonna give you best ones right now. So the four asset classes are real estate, owning a business, paper assets and commodities. Relieve Lifelong Back Pain INSTANTLY at Home - The Egoscue Method
Optimize Yourself Physically - My Own Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLXN0XO_WBISn-LC7n8DgZoQEj74xfSXdg Website: primedlifestyle.com Book an appointment at http://www.egoscue.com/ The egoscue method in simple terms is a form postural therapy, and Peter Egoscue discovered the effects of this method by an accident. No weights or special equipment is needed to relieve most forms of back pain instantly. Peter Egoscue was actually just visiting a friend who was the producer at a wrestling event, when one of the wrestlers sprained his ankle. Peter had the wrestler lay in the floor and extend his injured leg against a locker room door in lack of better options and knowledge. He then received a phone call and left the room for about 15 minutes. When he returned, the wrestlers stated that it had been a complete waste of time and that his ankle felt the same. However what he also noticed was that his chronic back pain was almost gone. This got Peter Egoscue curios and he developed a method that has relieved millions of people along with professional athletes from their sometimes lifelong back pain. The egoscue method is a form of posture therapy and is a proven method that gets to the root of your chronic pain by returning your body to proper alignment, function and balance. It has helped millions of people get rid of back pain and sciatica that has troubled them for years. You can relieve back pain and have the sensation of being free from back pain too. Follow the instructions in the video and do these exercises on a daily basis. It will only take you a couple of minutes and it might save you a lifetime of pain. The Kettlebell Swing - Single Best Exercise EVER?
Optimize Yourself Physically - My Own Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLXN0XO_WBISn-LC7n8DgZoQEj74xfSXdg 5 - 80 lbs Kettlebell on amazon: http://amzn.to/2urrTo9 Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed If there was only one exercise you could perform for the rest of your life, that would give the best all round results on your body in terms of fat loss and muscle gain, it would in most cases be the kettlebell swing. The simplicity of the kettlebell swing makes it useful for the large majority of people, and it’s often considered to be the single greatest tool of lifting that has been invented so far. We see new workout trends come and go every month, claiming that their method is the best ever. However many professional athletes, trainers and scientists all have a similar conclusion - one tool that will bring results like no other is the kettlebell. A centuries old piece of iron with a handle is still the main piece of training equipment if you’re looking to get results effectively and simply. The cannonball-shaped metal piece were first developed by Russian strongmen in the early 1700s as a way to build strength, balance, flexibility and endurance quickly. If you want proof that it works incredibly well, watch Gerard Butlers physique in the movie 300, or Ryan Reynolds in the green lantern. They both used kettlebells to prepare for their roles. There are many highly respected people in the fitness industry that advocates the kettlebell swing such as Elliott Hulse from Strength camp, Jeff Cavaliere from athlean X and many more. Tim Ferriss also talks about the great benefits of the kettlebell swing in his book the four hour body, where 41 year old Tracy Reifkind who weighed 245 pounds manage to lose a whooping 100 pounds only doing exercises with the kettlebell. She lost 45 of those 100 pounds in the first 12 weeks. She did the russian kettlebell swing twice a week for an average of 15-20 minutes, with her longest session lasting for 35 minutes. She says “If you could only do one movement for the rest of your life, do the kettlebell swing.” Tim states in the book that he agrees with this statement 100 %, and he actually have had great results with it himself. The American council on exercise published a study on the effects kettlebell workouts has on the body, and they can provide one hell of a workout. Based on comparisons with data from previous research on standard weight training, the heart rate and oxygen consumption responses during the kettlebell snatch routine suggest it provides a much higher-intensity workout than standard weight-training routines. Furthermore, the kettlebell snatch workout easily meets industry recommendations for improving aerobic capacity. Chad Schnettler states that “it is good news for people who are looking for a very good resistance-training workout that will also help them lose weight.” “For people who might not have a lot of time, and need to get in a good workout as quickly as possible, kettlebells definitely provide that.” If you’re sick of switching up workout routines and combining weird cardio exercise with weightlifting, give the good’ol kettlebell swing a go. You will achieve great results with minimum time spent if you do it correctly. I will link the studies along with the four hour body in the description. I hope you enjoyed this video, leave a like if you did. Leave a dislike if you thought it was shit. How to Wake up at 4:30 AM and be Excited - 4 Simple Steps to Wake up Early
Audible 30 day free trail: https://goo.gl/x64Vb9 White noise machine: http://amzn.to/2y1PFu7 Wake up light alarm clock: http://amzn.to/2xpPpYU Optimize Yourself Mentally - My Own Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ht_yijZ4T5I&list=PLXN0XO_WBISl0yW6Peqme4YW6mMLvi3L7 Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed I’ll tell you how I went from harassing the snooze button and rolling out of bed with 5 minutes to dress for work, to waking up at 4.30 am without attempting to hit the snooze button and being excited to do so. The ultimate wake up early motivation. First you need to know how much sleep you need to not feel like shit when you wake up, and know that you can actually get too much sleep and feel lazy for the rest of the day. The perfect amount of sleep is most often between 5-9 hours and I challenge you to set the alarm earlier than you normally would to sleep less than usual just to evaluate how you feel. Optimize your environment Eliminate sources of light and try to block it all out. Shove the tv out if you have one in your bedroom and instead pick up a book to read. Preferably fiction rather than business or self-help as that will trigger your brain and you’ll get all sorts of cool ideas that will hinder you from falling asleep. There are a lot of techniques you can use to fall asleep faster and wake up fresh, and I’ve made a video about 6 uncommon tips that will definitely speed this process up. But some more common things or tools you can use that will optimize your sleeping environment is white noise machines. It’s a tool that reduces the distracting effect of outsides noises for a more relaxing environment. It’s almost like a heavenly fan without the breeze, just the sound. And this might sound awful to you but it’s highly effective for falling asleep because you won’t notice those weird random noises that you otherwise would be convinced is the ring girl coming for you. Another tool to wake up fresh is to use wake up light alarm clocks. It will wake you up by first turning on the a light which will increase in brightness, and eventually go over to sounds. Some models have nature sounds and others just normal beeping sounds. It’s a pretty neat way to wake up and takes away that choking beep normal alarms give you. Don’t snooze Don’t snooze. Don’t ever hit that snooze button man, c'mon you know better than that. I don’t have to explain this much more but just knock fudge out of that alarm clock and let it know who’s the boss, then you want to count from 5 backwards to zero, like you’re taking of with a rocket. Once you reach 0 you’re up and away. It really is that simple and you’ll be up within 10 seconds of the alarm going off. Me personally, I just go full savage and place my alarm clock on the other side of the room or in the kitchen with full volume. Have a reason The number one thing for making this habit stick is that you should want to get up, just like you wanted to get up for christmas as a kid. You can’t convince yourself to wake up early just because, there has to be a reason for you waking up. One thing that get’s me to follow any habit is the checklist manifesto. It’s such a powerful way of getting things done and it’s so easy to implement. All you need to do is to simply create a list of things you want to do the night before you go to bed and put boxes beside every task. For instance my first five tasks is to make my bed, do 40 push ups, drink a full glass of water, have a shot of ACV and then take a walk while listening to an audiobook. These five tasks only takes me about 20-25 minutes to accomplish and after that I’ll make some coffee and then I’m fully awake and I go onto some more productive work such as working on these videos. And if you want to be almost as cool as me and listen to audiobooks, you can sign up through my audible link to their 30 day free trial and get 2 books for free. You can cancel the membership any time and still keep the books. Here is the link: https://goo.gl/x64Vb9 And there you go, make sure to implement this tonight already, or since you probably watching this at 2:42 am, try this tomorrow. Thanks for watching and I’ll see you in the next one. The first 60 - 90 minutes of your day will have have a huge impact on how the rest of the day is shaped, be it positive or negative. Having some kind of morning ritual is an absolute key for icons, billionaires and world-class performers all around the globe. So here are the 8 most effective morning habits of highly successful people, that you could implement in your morning routine. #1 Make your bed. This might sound like a silly habit but it could be of huge importance. As soon as you get of bed, assuming you don’t hit the snooze button, make an effort into making your bed. #2 Check your list Having a list with certains tasks that you set out to do will give you a purpose for the day and you will find yourself being productive rather than lost or bored because you don’t know what to do. #3 Meditate/mindfulness practise Some kind of meditation or mindfulness practice in the morning was the most common morning ritual among successful people in Tim Ferris's book tools of titans. Having interviewed 100’s of the most influential people, 80 % of them were practising their minds as a ritual every morning. You can watch my video on the benefits of meditation here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HV983WzJIH4 #4 Visualization Visualization is a tool you can use that will speed up the process of getting what you want. Visualize already being and having what you want. The mind have a hard time telling the difference between imagination and reality, and you begin to attract these things into your life. #5 Journaling Journaling should not be mistaken as a diary but as a tool that will put your meta physical thoughts into physical reality. This is an opportunity for you to put your visions and dreams onto paper. Studies show that putting your goals onto paper increases your chances of achieving them. You should also write affirmations and things you're grateful of. Study: https://sidsavara-sidsavaracom.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/09/researchsummary2.pdf #6 Read Reading just a few minutes were also a popular habit among the most successful people. If they weren’t reading the news, then philosophy and business were popular alternatives. Stoic philosophy has become increasingly popular and is considered the most practical philosophy as it urges you to do, rather than to just think. You can get The Daily Stoic by Ryan Holiday on Amazon here: http://amzn.to/2wlPMTI #7 Exercise Exercising in the morning doesn’t mean that you should sprint to the gym, deadlift, squat and benchpress, then sprint back again. Instead just try to make a habit of something that will get your heart rate up and that will loosen your body up. You can watch my video on the kettlebell swing here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ihwvLs06RNg #8 Take a cold shower When you’re done with your light exercise, try taking a cold shower for at least 30 seconds. This is something Tony Robbins among others try to do every morning. Step into that cold water and it will wake you up make no mistake about that. Stoicism Explained Through Conor McGregor - 7 Lessons to Adapt a Stoic Mindset
Optimize Yourself Mentally - My Own Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ht_yijZ4T5I&list=PLXN0XO_WBISl0yW6Peqme4YW6mMLvi3L7 Audible 30 day free trail: https://goo.gl/x64Vb9 Books on Stoicism on Amazon: Meditations by Marcus Aurelius: http://amzn.to/2f5FwHk Be Remarkable by Patrick King: http://amzn.to/2s99e2F The Obstacle is the Way by Ryan Holiday: http://amzn.to/2uZ2fJb Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed The world is as you choose to see it, completely free of your circumstances. The project is you. Improve your inner world, improve your life. Conor McGregor is displaying traits of a stoic mindset, whether it be consciously or not. You have the outmost free will in any circumstance, regardless of what your emotions might tell you.You are in charge and have the ability to create the life you want. Lesson one: Want what you have. The first lesson to develop a successful stoic mindset is to want what you already have. It’s about realizing that the solution to your unhappy life is right in front of you. Learn to appreciate what you already have. You have lived so long with it already and it hasn’t made you unhappy or unable to live. So the first lesson of stoicism is to never take anything for granted, and don’t root your sense of happiness in possessions or achievements. Desire for more is a source of satisfaction that will never end. Lesson two: Everything is neutral Everything that happens in the world is neutral. All the event has a different effect on everyone, so the natural conclusion is that events are neutral. Your own reaction and perception of the event is what causes your unhappiness. No matter how you react to an event or situation, the facts will remain the same. Instead of overreacting over the fact that you were powerless to stop the situation from happening, focus on what you can control. Lesson three: Practice separation To practice separation and effectively handle the sources of helplessness and stress, separate your life into two buckets: things you can control, and things you can’t control. You can’t control the weather, the economy or other people's opinions of you. However you can control how you react to it. Lesson four: Turning the obstacle upside down Adapting a stoic mindset is particularly helpful when battling the obstacles we face in our lives. Defeat negative judgements and turn the obstacle around. Train yourself to avoid judging events as purely good or bad. Seek to interpret things that you would normally consider negative as positive opportunities. See the negative events as an opportunity to practice inner strength, calm, control and level-headedness. Lesson five: Assume voluntary discomfort. This is one of the central mindsets that may have the biggest impact in your daily life. Actively seek to make life difficult for yourself. Dissatisfaction in our daily lives is the result of a certain level of entitlement. We just expect things to always run smoothly. According to the stoic philosophy, just because you can afford yourself a nice meal every single day, doesn’t mean you should do so. It builds perseverance and grit, but more importantly it demolishes the sense of entitlement that chips away at your daily happiness. So by experiencing discomfort, you will walk away stronger by realizing that you experienced what you dreaded and suffered no ill effects from it. Lesson six: Emotions are created internally Emotions come solely from within and are created completely by your choice. Everything that happens in the world is neutral. Bad or good doesn’t exist in external sources, it logically flows that all emotions come from within. What we tell ourself is what creates our feelings. When you feel resistance regarding an obstacle in your life, don’t look at the things happening outside of you. Focus instead on what happens inside. How you frame that issue in your mind. That is the cause of your discomfort and your problem. No one can put desire and attitude into your life other than you. Lesson seven: Care less The last lesson in stoicism is to simply care less. Don’t ignore everything that’s going on in your life, but stop caring about the things you can’t control. Free up your internal resources to focus your time and mental energy on things that truly matter. The most precious asset is not money, but time. You can always earn money back, but once a single minute of your life has passed, it’s gone forever. Don’t spend your time worrying about external forces that are out of your control. A stoic mindset urges you to live as you want right now. It’s all within your control, so make a decision and chose to have a better life now.

How to Use Psychology to Persuade and Manipulate People
Influence by Robert Cialdini: https://amzn.to/2AhhEe2 Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed There are six universal principles that allows you to ethically manipulate and persuade people that will benefit you. I’m not only going to cover these principles, but I’ll also show you how you can use them in your life to persuade and convince people to your way of thinking without them realizing you had anything to do with it. 1. Reciprocity The first principle is reciprocity which is playing with that uncomfortable feeling of being indebted to someone, or to repay what another person has provided you. 2. Commitment and Consistency we act in ways that are consistent with our previous behavior and it’s pretty easy to manipulate people's behavior by taking advantage of this. And one method that does just that is the foot-in-the-door technique. Simply get people to agree to a tiny request and eventually they will feel compelled to agree with larger relative requests to stay true to their identity. 3. Social Proof The third principle is social proof. People are subconsciously influenced by what other people do, and will many times act in a similar way due to the social proof method. 4. Liking This principle says that we prefer to say yes to people we like over people we don’t like, even when we don’t know them personally. And so the initial key traits that determines if we like them or not are attractiveness, similarity, compliments and association amongst others. 5. Authority So this principle suggests that the greater perceived authority one has, the more likely people are to comply. 6. Scarcity So the last principle is Scarcity. An item low in stock is more desirable than an item that is freely available. Hope you enjoyed the video! Why You Should NEVER Talk About Your Goals
The book "48 Laws of Power" on Amazon: https://amzn.to/2zbRJ4k Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed Why you should never talk about your goals So should you talk about your goals or not? In this video I’ll explain why it could be better if you avoided it. Telling people about your goal creates a false sense of accomplishment. It might sound logical that the best way to ensure success of a goal would be to announce it to the world, however research suggest that it’s not that great of an idea. When you share your goals, or the identity of the person you're trying to become, it will most likely backfire because that announcement will have people already thinking of you as that identity. This alone will make you less likely to work as hard to actually achieve that new identity. It creates a strong sense of accomplishment and that sense is based completely around talking rather than doing. The truth is that people don’t really care about your goals unless it benefit themselves somehow, because they are too busy worrying about their own life and goals. Another thing worth mentioning here is that the 3rd respectively the 4th law in Robert Green’s book 48 laws of power is to “conceal your intentions” and “always say less than necessary”. Although this book is a bit grim in nature and these laws are better suited a warlord, they still apply to everyday situations and certainly when it comes to making progress in pursuing a goal. Now not talking about your goals might not be optimal in all situations as it will have larger or lesser impact depending on what your goal actually is. And telling people you know will have your back and actually support you can be a good idea, but be careful with sharing it with just about anybody. Say your goal is to lose some weight. Having someone know about it that actually makes sure you stay on track and wants to help you can be super helpful, cause you’re not stepping on their toes or holding them back. Now say your goal is getting a promotion at work. You can’t really expect people you’re working with to cheer you on and just roll over letting you snatch that promotion in front of their noses, but having them knowing your intentions will surely make that path more slippery than before. However these examples kind of goes outside of the premise of this video, which is that you’re more likely to work harder to achieve your new identity when people haven’t recognized you for it yet. So if you usually talk about your goals and find yourself having trouble achieving them, try to do the work in silent and let the results of that work do the talking. The Truth about Warren Buffett's Wealth
Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed The intelligent investor: https://amzn.to/2KLGYKm How has Warren Buffett managed to grow his wealth year after year having a net worth of over $80 billion dollars as of today, when he had around $6,000 dollars at 15? This while other investors, who often started out with more money, has struggled to even come close to grow their wealth to the same extent as Warren. Some people say it’s luck, and that might have played a part of growing his fortune, but it’s far from the reason for why he’s gone to become one of the wealthiest people in the world. So I’ve been digging deep to really find out his investment strategies and what triggers him to open that fat wallet and invest in certain companies while turning down others. So what is it that makes Warren splash the cash and invest in certain companies while neglecting others? Well he actually revealed what he looks for when he evaluates a business in his 1977 shareholder letter for Berkshire Hathaway and he’s got 4 investing principles that he follows almost religiously before making the decision to invest. The first principle is simply to invest in a business that he understands. His advising to stay within your circle of competence and invest your hard earned money within industries that you have some knowledge in. And if you don’t know shit about the markets and industries, then simply start learning about only one specific industry that interests you somewhat and go from there. Warren intentionally stays aways from investing in tech companies simply because he doesn’t understand them or that market, probably because that wasn’t really available when he grew up. The second principle is that the business should have favorable long-term prospects. This is where the moat becomes important and can be a deciding factor of whether a company will be able to grow and increase in value year after year. He’s said if you’re not comfortable holding a stock for 10 years, you shouldn’t own it for 10 minutes. The third principle is that it should be operated by competent and honest people. This is another reason for Warrens excessive studies he makes before investing. Is the management run by competent people? Has any of the executives been involved in some fraudulent activities? Would the business collapse if the CEO left? The fourth principle is that it should be available for a very attractive price. This is the only principle that he has adjusted since 1977, and instead of “very attractive price”, it’s now “sensible price”. Here’s where Benjamin Graham's value investing comes into play and if the business is somewhat undervalued and ticks all the other principles, then Warren Buffett will have a hard time turning this opportunity down. http://www.berkshirehathaway.com/letters/1977.html http://www.berkshirehathaway.com/letters/2007ltr.pdf https://www.thestreet.com/story/14309494/1/how-to-invest-like-billionaire-warren-buffett.html https://www.investopedia.com/investing/warren-buffetts-investing-style-reviewed/ http://www.businessinsider.com/warren-buffetts-4-investing-principles-2016-1?r=US&IR=T&IR=T https://www.cnbc.com/berkshire-hathaway-portfolio/ https://www.marketwatch.com/story/from-6000-to-67-billion-warren-buffetts-wealth-through-the-ages-2015-08-17 Music: Life of Riley by Kevin MacLeod is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) Source: http://incompetech.com/music/royalty-free/index.html?isrc=USUAN1400054 Artist: http://incompetech.com/

And once I finally managed to go to sleep, I would often wake up feeling like absolute shit. I had to force myself out of bed and the first few hours of the day would be groggy and almost zombielike. I knew I had to find a solution to improve my quality of sleep, and I managed to stumble across Tim Ferriss and his books on this matter. I started implementing a few new techniques that would allow me to have the best sleep in years. So in this video, I’ll give you 6 uncommon tips that might help knock you out and let you have an amazing night's sleep. These tips can be very useful if you want to fall asleep faster and improve the quality of sleep. If you need a method on how to fall asleep faster and wake up fresh, try tip number #3, which is a drink you take right before bed and is one of the best sleep aids there is. Some people even claim combining a few of these tips can help cure insomnia and allow you to have the best sleep in a long time. Most of the tips are from Tim Ferriss books and chapters on perfecting sleep. Decompres the spine. This is a tip from the world record holder in olympic weightlifting, Jerzy Gregorek. For him it’s a mandatory procedure after having loads of weight literally compressing him on an almost daily basis. There are a few different methods you can use to decompress your spine, and the first and least safe one is to use gravity boots. Another more safe method is to use an inversion table. This table is very popular among older people and is fairly easy to use, and infinitely less likely to kill you. The last one is a portable back stretcher. This is the safest method to use to decompress your spine. Eat a big protein and fat-dominant meal within 3 hours of sleep. Carbs should be avoided when you’re getting close to bedtime. Dr. Seth Roberts recommends two tablespoons of organic almond or peanut butter on celery sticks. It will eliminate the feeling like shit awakenings despite having a good 8-10 hours of sleep. Combine it with 1-2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil to increase cell repair during sleep while decreasing fatigue. Drink This is a slightly odd tip that works incredibly well. Mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with one tablespoon of honey in how water, stir and drink before bed. This was also suggested by Seth Roberts. The next factor that impacts your sleep is the temperature. The sweet spot seems to be between 67-70 degrees fahrenheit or 19 to 21 degrees celsius for most people. The temperature will affect your time-to-sleep as well as quality of sleep. One product you can buy that has tremendous reviews is the chilipad. The Chilipad allows you to put an extremely thin sheet underneath your regular sheets that circulates water through a bedside contraption with precise temperature of your choosing. Get in a cold bath prior bed. A ten-minute ice bath one hour prior to bed can seriously shut you down when you’re getting into bed. Put two to three bags of ice in a half-full bath and get in when it’s about 80 % melted. Tim Ferriss recommends taking a low dose of melatonin along with the ice bath. Cold showers works as well, but doesn’t have the same dramatic effects. Visual overwriting is something you should consider doing right before bed to crowd out anything replaying or looping in your mind. The first tool for this method comes from Jane McGonigal. Play tetris. The free version works just fine. The second one is to watch a short and uplifting tv series. Tim Ferriss recommends Escape to River Cottage, Season one. If you’ve ever dreamed of moving away from the big city to go god-knows-what rural Utopia, then this is for you. If you have a habit of reading in bed before sleep, make sure not read self help or business related books because that will keep your problem solving apparatus in sixth gear, and you will find it increasingly more difficult falling asleep. How to Unlock Your Brain Capacity
Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed If you want to know more on this topic, I suggest these videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i_9kIZe4-E0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v9Aw0P7GjHE What if told you there is a way of increasing your mental clarity, focus, concentration, ability to remember while getting ripped as a byproduct. And it’s all pretty easy to do. What you need to do is deplete the regular sources of energy your brain uses for fuel which restricts its true capacity. Then you need to tap into the brain’s prefered source of energy which is often covered up and locked away due our diets and eating habits. And by making some adjustments to these habits, you’ll be able to fuel your brain with another source of energy which allows it to run up to 70 % more efficiently than it normally would. The first thing you need to do is to forget about the regular food pyramid where you’re encourage to eat the majority of your caloric intake in carbohydrates and keep fat to an absolute minimum. Your body will break down carbs and excess protein into sugar known as glucose. And that glucose will force its way in as the first source of energy for both your brain and body leaving other better sources on energy untapped. And all that excess glucose will be converted into stored fat. So this way of eating will essentially make you fat and stupid. Flip that food pyramid upside down and instead eat the majority of your caloric intake in fat while keeping carbs extremely low. This will not make you gain weight and become fat, unless you eat extreme amounts of course, but pretty much the opposite - it will turn you into a fat burning machine that uses that fat as the primary source of fuel as blood sugar and glucose are depleted from the lack of carbs. This is generally known as the ketogenic diet and requires you to get around 70-80 % of your caloric intake from fat, 15-20 % from protein and inevitably some carbs. You’re now tapping into the prefered source of energy and instead of storing fat, you’re now using that fat as energy. And when that fat is broken down, ketone bodies are released to fuel the brain. And let me tell you something the brain loves ketone bodies and studies have shown that the brain can run up to 70 % more efficiently on ketones than on glucose. So this new way of eating will essentially make you ripped and smart. The second thing you need to do is to forget about the traditional way of eating many small meals throughout the day and instead focus on eating fewer larger meals and fast for an extended period of the day, preferably for 16 hours leaving you with an 8 hour eating window. And this will also ramp up the process of getting into ketosis. This is known as intermittent fasting and is becoming one of most popular ways of eating and it’s not hard to understand why when you look at the benefits from it. It’s super convenient once you get used to restricting the hours you eat on and saves you time and effort that you can spend doing something else. Fasting or consciously abstaining from food has been used throughout history by the some of the greatest people to ever live as a way of improving their quality of life. Plato, the great Greece philosopher has been quoted saying “I fast for greater physical and mental efficiency." They discovered that intermittent fasting will ramp up that depletion of glucose and use ketones to fuel the brain which will increase your focus, concentration, ability to remember while simultaneously reducing the risk of alzheimer's and parkinson’s disease. It increases the BDNF, brain derived neurotrophic factor by up to 400 % which helps activate stem cells in the brain to make new brain cells, neurons and nerves. And BDNF is highly involved in your muscles and appears to be a huge reason for why a physical workout have such an impact on your brain. Fasting improves neuroplasticity which is essential for learning and memory and as the brain ages it tends to become less neuroplastic. Intermittent fasting prevents this and you’ll be able to have great mental clarity even as you get older. It improves gene regulation by activating a number of repair genes termed vitagenes, which is responsible for the delay of aging, decreased occurrence of age-related diseases, and prolongs a healthy life span. How to Win ANY Argument (Even With a Girl)
Optimize Yourself Mentally - My Own Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ht_yijZ4T5I&list=PLXN0XO_WBISl0yW6Peqme4YW6mMLvi3L7 How to win friends and influence people on Amazon: http://amzn.to/2yA5Hvf Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed You will undoubtedly have arguments with people throughout your life and in most cases you’ll end up being more frustrated than before without having resolved anything, but rather made things worse. However there are ways to win arguments without arousing resentment or anger from the other person while getting your points across. So in this video I will show you how you can win any argument, even against a girl. The first and best lesson when it comes to arguments comes from good ol Dale Carnegie in how to win friends and influence people. He says “there’s only one way to get the best of an argument - and that is to avoid it” You might be dead right with what you say as you poke holes in whoever you argue with and your arguments might be flawless. But when it comes to changing the other person's mind, you’re only giving yourself a disadvantage. You’re basically trying to convince someone of your way of thinking by hurting what is of most importance to them - their pride. Even if you’re arguments are perfectly logical, they will not be able to reflect on them rationally simply because you’ve hurt their feelings. They will see right through your arguments and act straight out of emotions and your logical arguments will have no effect. They are going to say forget you and forget logics, and then they are going to justify themselves even though they might be dead wrong. There is never someone's intention to be wrong, and in their own minds what they say makes perfect sense. This is why you never bluntly just say “you’re wrong”. It’s a direct hit at their intelligence, pride, judgement and self-respect. More harm than good will come out from this statement and the other person will only defend their own way thinking to an even greater extent. And knowing that you’re dealing with a person that will argue from an emotional standpoint rather than a logical one will be used to your advantage when entering an argument. So the first thing you should do when entering an argument is to distrust your first instincts. Our first natural reaction when we disagree with someone is to be defensive. Instead keep calm and control your temper. Then you want to listen. Don’t say anything but listen, and do so genuinely and attentively while keeping yourself from interrupting. Try to build bridges of understanding rather than walls and barriers of misunderstanding. Once you’ve let the other person speak adress what you agree on. Let them know that you value their opinion and that you share many of their thoughts as well. Be honest and look for areas where you can admit errors and be sure to let them know that. You will never get into trouble by admitting that you actually might be wrong. This will stop the other person from arguing and instead inspire them to be as fair and just as you are, and it will disarm their defensiveness. So by openly admitting your mistakes, people will lower their guard and you’re at common ground. They and are now much more receptive for your logical arguments. You haven’t hurt their pride or dented their judgement, but instead made them feel understood and you’ve considered their expressions thoroughly. Now before you express your own opinions about the argument, start of with this very powerful sentence. “Look, I thought otherwise but I might be wrong here, which I frequently am. And if I’m wrong I want you to correct me. So let’s examine the facts.” Saying this will completely take away their intentions of proving you wrong. Now you can calmly express your own opinions and the other person are now willing to listen to what you’ve got to say. This way of entering an argument will allow you to convince the other person of your way of thinking without arousing any anger or resentment. Arguments often start simply because they feel that you don’t value them. The feeling of being important is one of the deepest urges humans have so give them that feeling, and try to honestly let them know that you understand them. It’s a win win situation and you can apply this way of arguing even against a girl. If you want to live longer while looking younger, have less body fat and reduce the risk of cancer along many other diseases, breakfast is the worst meal of the day! You should know that intermittent fasting is NOT a diet, you’re not gonna restrict your calories. You will only need to restrict the time you eat throughout the day, typically to 8 hours. It’s really that simple. Try it for a few weeks and evaluate how you feel. It will be tough for the first week or two, but once the body gets used to it you won’t look back. The Law of Attraction Explained Through Conor McGregor - How to Visualize Your Success
Optimize Yourself Mentally - My Own Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ht_yijZ4T5I&list=PLXN0XO_WBISl0yW6Peqme4YW6mMLvi3L7 Audible 30 day free trail: https://goo.gl/x64Vb9 Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed The Secret from Rhona Byrne on Amazon: http://amzn.to/2uVizZD The Science of getting rich by Wallace D Wattles on Amazon: http://amzn.to/2hYkL1s Whether we realize it or not, we are always responsible for bringing both positive and negative influences into our lives. Understanding where you choose to place your focus is a key part in the law of attraction, and will have a huge impact in how your life will plan out. Conor McGregor is well aware of this and has has optimized his surroundings and environment to enhance his chances of becoming successful. Make a conscious effort in eliminating habits or people that will attract negativity into your life. Surround yourself with likeminded people who are also eager to improve and become better versions of themselves. You are simply a product of your environment, and you have the ability to create a nd form your own day to day environment. The Law of Attraction encourages you to see that you have the freedom to take control of how your future develops, shaping it in the ways you choose. you can start living and thinking in a more optimistic way that is specifically designed to attract even more positive events and experiences. you can really start using the law of attraction to its full potential when you begin to understand that it can be used in subtle ways every minute of the day. You will start to become more mindful of your own thoughts and it helps you discover what you should keep or remove from your own mind. You will get pulled into an obsession that will keep you on your path of becoming whatever you want. Once you’re thoughts are aligned with your purpose, with what you set out to do, the law of attraction will really start to manifest. Free up any doubts you have, and clearly and vividly visualize and feel like you’re already in possession of what you want. Feel and visualize how it feels to be there or to have that. Once you’re in the habit of continuously visualizing what you want, be grateful for everything that you already have, even if you don’t have much. Gratitude is a very powerful tool that will make you feel abundant and you will start to attract more good things. Showing gratitude will attract more positivity into your life, while simultaneously closing out negative events or occurrences. Now what I’m about to say might be contradicting to what you’ve previously learned about the law of attraction. You can’t simply visualize something and tell yourself that it will happen, and it’s going to show up. Visualization is a key part in the law of attraction, but you will fall short and feel discouraged if that’s all you do. One of the best selling books that cover the subject on the law of attraction is The Secret from Rhonda Byrne. She tells the story of how her daughter gave her a 100 year old book that changed her life forever. That 100 year old was the science of getting rich, written by Wallace D. Wattles in 1910. The core concepts and main ideas are very similar and it’s clear that the secret was derived from the science of getting rich, with a modern twist, along with excluding one of the most important concepts of all. To take action. The secret implies that you can simply open your mind to the world and wish for things to happen, and the universe will obey and you begin to attract those wishes with little effort on your part. However Wallace D. Wattles writes in the science of getting rich: “your neglect or failure to do some small thing may cause a long delay in getting what you want. Do, every day, ALL that can be done that day.” You need to put the f*cking work in. But this where the magic happens. You will not have to push yourself to do the work, you will get pulled to do it. The visualization will make the work feel almost effortless. It becomes natural. You are going to want to sacrifice destructive habits and change your priorities in order to stay on that path. Now it’s up to you if you want to take inspiration from this and really believe in the law of attraction and start attracting your dream life. Why Apple Cider Vinegar is SUPER Effective for Weight Loss
Optimize Yourself Physically - My Own Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLXN0XO_WBISn-LC7n8DgZoQEj74xfSXdg Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed Braggs Apple cider vinegar on Amazon: http://amzn.to/2rJ0kcp Apple cider vinegar has a lot of health benefits and it is a truly fantastic potion when it comes to weight loss. Not because of the nutritional content, but for a the effects it has on the hormonal responses. After years of heavy research and lots of studies, ACV is now considered to be one of the healthiest beverages there is, if you consume it in moderation. So in this video I will break down the benefits of ACV and how you can use it to lose weight fast. When breaking down the health benefits of ACV, it’s not the nutritional content that will stand out, but its unique ability to acidify the body and impact the ph balance along with lowering blood sugar and insulin levels. It will help the internal transport of minerals such as calcium, the digestion of proteins and also stimulate the thyroid function. When apple cider is processed and fermented the sugars turns into organic acid. This organic acid is called Acetic acid and have the ability to impact and reset the ph levels in your body. And because we tend to have excessive alkaline ph levels in the blood, the acetic acid in the apple cider vinegar will actually adjust that very quickly and bring it down. By changing the ph levels just a tiny bit, it will have huge effects and this is the reason for why Apple cider vinegar is so effective. It creates a chain reaction where the metabolism is affected among others. The acetic acid also affects blood sugar and insulin by lowering its output and therefore improving insulin resistance. High insulin levels is what causes you to gain weight, and by consuming ACV and digesting the acetic acid, you will dramatically lower the insulin levels and this is why it’s super effective for weight loss. Another reason for why so many people are having success with losing weight drinking ACV, is because it will increase the feeling of fullness and satiety. A study concluded that “Supplementation of a meal based on white wheat bread with vinegar reduced postprandial responses of blood glucose and insulin, and increased the subjective rating of satiety. There was an inverse dose-response relation between the level of acetic acid and glucose and insulin responses and a linear dose-response relation between acetic acid and satiety rating.” Other studies have shown that it can affect the satiety and make you eat 200-275 calories less per meal because you will simply feel satisfied. And as we all know, eating fewer calories will make you lose weight, and ACV will make cutting calories much easier. So in short, if you supplement your meals with ACV, you will feel full and satisfied, without eating as much. Now if you want to lose weight at a ridiculous rate using apple cider vinegar, skip breakfast and implement intermittent fasting. When you wake up, instead of eating breakfast, take just one tablespoon of ACV to start off your day and let the first real meal be your lunch. Intermittent fasting is also considered to be one of the greatest and healthiest methods to burn fat, and combined with ACV the weight will fly off. 10 Ways to Create Passive Income WITHOUT Investing Money - How to Make Passive Income Online
Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed Video Breakthrough Academy by Clark Kegley on Clickbank - http://189562j1paygtat5r2xfm11n81.hop.clickbank.net/ Passive Income Tutorial by Practical Psychology on Amazon - http://amzn.to/2etRo2q Creating passive income streams has never been easier than it is today and practically anyone can do it. You don’t even need to invest your money in order to get started, because the methods I’m about to share is free and anyone can sign up for it. However I want you to know that although the income will be passive with little upkeep, you will still have to work in order to set everything up. 1. Amazon affiliate marketing - This is one of the most popular ways to generate passive income, because it’s so damn easy. It’s completely free to sign up and the payment from amazon will normally be paid out 60 days after the purchase. You can choose to be paid through amazon directly to your amazon account and you can buy amazon products from your earnings. You can also be paid to a regular bank account, however this option is only viable if you’re a U.S citizen as for now. And the third option is through checks, which is the only option if you live outside the U.S and don’t want all your earnings to go to your amazon account. 2. Clickbank affiliate - Clickbank is similar to amazon affiliate, however the commission rate is way higher and goes up to 75 %. Clickbank doesn’t focus on physical products but digital ones such as courses and tutorials. The profit per sale is outstanding and you can earn hundreds of dollars just through a single sale through your affiliate link. 3. Photos - Get that camera out and start snapping some pictures because there are loads of money to made if you get a good shot or two. There are many sites that accepts good quality images and every time someone downloads your image, you will earn money. The most popular sites are shutterstock, iStockphoto and Alamy. 4. Teespring - Teespring allows you to sell physical products and create your own brand or logo to put on them. The most popular items are t-shirts and hoodies but you can also put your logo on other things such as mugs and phone cases. 5. eBooks - You can now become an author even without any hefty education or having your previous work published in some fancy magazine. If you have the ability to jot down some engaging sentences and turn them into a few pages, you could publish that as an ebook. 6. Blog - Starting a blog will actually cost you some money but I don’t count these costs a as big investments. You need to pay to get a domain name which will cost you around $10 dollars a year to own, and you will also need a host that stores all information, which is roughly $10 dollars a month depending on which web host you decide to go with. Having your own blog creates a whole bunch of opportunities to create streams of passive income. 7. Online courses - Now you’re on the other end of the clickbank affiliate, and you’re creating the courses. Creating a course takes a lot of time but if you manage to get through it, there is a high chance of gold being on the end of it. You put your price on the course so the potential earnings are limitless, and as you know by now, people will market your product for you and you can sit back and watch the profits stream in. There are many sites that allows you to create courses such as Teachable, Skillshare and Udemy. 8. Envato - You might want to check out envato if you’re a creative person and skilled with different softwares, making music, or videos. You can create templates for wordpress sites through envato’s themeforest, and every time someone decides to go with your creations you will get paid. If you’re skilled with creating music, upload some sick tunes to audiojungle and you will create a passive income stream if people buy your tunes. 9. YouTube videos - Youtube is a great way to create passive income, but it requires a lot of time and commitment. Every time someone watches one of your videos, ads can appear on the sides of the videos, before the video starts or sometimes in the middle of a video. These ads is what will make you earn money, and sometimes people don’t even need to click on them and you will still make a profit from it. Video Breakthrough Academy by Clark Kegley - http://189562j1paygtat5r2xfm11n81.hop.clickbank.net/ 10. Patreon - And the last source I will talk about is patreon. So assuming you have some kind of following and people appreciate what you do, you can set up a patreon account and let your followers donate to you on a subscription basis. Your followers can decide how much they want to donate to you. DON'T SET GOALS, DO THIS! - Setting Goals vs Implementing Systems
Optimize Yourself Mentally - My Own Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ht_yijZ4T5I&list=PLXN0XO_WBISl0yW6Peqme4YW6mMLvi3L7 Audible 30 day free trail: https://goo.gl/x64Vb9 Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed Book that describes goals vs systems: Be Remarkable by Patrick King on Amazon: http://amzn.to/2xfSd6o Chasing a goal is like chasing your own shadow, the faster you run the faster it moves. However in your mind, you’re convinced that once you reach it that’s when you will truly feel happy. But the shadow you’re trying so hard to catch is just an illusion of your perceived happiness. Setting goals will make you feel constantly stressed and like you’re never truly fulfilled. However if you’re actually reaching your goal, you check that of your list and realized that it didn’t make you happier and you’re on to next more daunting one. When you reach that next goal, that is when you will be truly satisfied is the lie you tell yourself over and over. The truth about goal setting is that the closer you get to actually reaching it, the more they change, evolve, and grow, becoming more elusive. This will become a huge problem for you if your idea of fulfillment and happiness is based on the achievements of specific goals. Chasing your goals will put you in a state of discontent and hunger. It will bash on your own self worth and you’re defining yourself by an achievement that you’ve never achieved. To live a life based on goals might make the achievements and material assets grow, but it will never make you truly happy or fulfilled. Take Robin Williams for example. Did anyone actually dislike him? The guy was a lovable genius who achieved everything. He started out with nothing and decided that he wants to start in his own TV-show and does it. He decided to get more money than he can spend in a lifetime and makes that happen. Movie-star, winning Oscars, a beautiful family. The man seemed to have it all. Achieving everything he ever dreamed of. And then he hanged himself. An absolutely devastating loss. I know this is an extreme example but it shows that if you’re not fulfilled, you have nothing. So what should you do instead of setting goals? Implement systems. A system based approach to life consistently leads to increased happiness, fulfillment, and achievement. You could compare it to finishing a big paper versus writing 4 times a week. Finishing a paper is a goal. A singular activity with a specific point in time where you consider yourself a worthy winner. However failure is always a possibility, and you will become heavily frustrated if you can’t meet your goal. It’s simply an unnecessary source of self-imposed stress that you are piling on to yourself. Compare that to a system based approach where you simply write for 20 minutes each session. This approach doesn’t require a singular achievement to measure your success. Your success is measured by sticking to your system. You create a powerful habit and a sense of consistency that leads to greater instances of success in whatever you choose to do. It’s a sustainable approach that brings happiness because you’re constantly achieving what you set out to do. A system is tailored toward equipping you for success, and it embraces dedication and consistency which a goal often does not embody. A goal in itself is not that different from a dream because they both lack the foundation necessary to reach them. This is why most people get discouraged when trying to reach a goal, because it always seems so far off. Instead focus on building the groundwork and the steps to get there. People with a system-based approach continuously rise to the top. The reason for their success is not because of luck, but because of the recognition that a long-term approach is needed. Winning the lottery is a goal or a dream that requires luck, but requires no recognition of long-term improvement. And more than often, winning the lottery will not make their life better in the long-term but the exact opposite. It’s the consistency of a system that allows you to create a foundation for the kind of knowledge and skill set you need to reach ultimate success. If you implement a system-based approach and do certain things on a regular basis, you’re will enhance your chances of becoming successful and you will most likely enjoy every step of the way. Like Tony Robbins says it, the secret to happiness in one word is progress. So remember that goals are something you might get lucky and reach the odd time while feeling dissatisfied on the way there, but systems makes success inevitable, and you will be able to rely on them in the long term while feeling truly fulfilled in the process. NEVER Do These 4 things When You Wake Up
Thank you to Masculine for these tips! You can find his channel here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCijMvysvaZRsUFSEx17k7Cw Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed There are a many things you can do in order to have a successful morning, but maybe more importantly there are some things you should definitely avoid doing when you wake up to not feel like the day is already ruined. Here is his list on how to wake up early, or more what to avoid doing when you wake up. Tip number 1. Don't wake up with an alarm. So This first one might come as a surprise to a lot of you, but Masculine man personally do not recommend waking up to an alarm clock in the morning. And the reason is because when you wake up to an alarm, you are waking up in a fight or flight state. Ideally the process of being fully asleep, to becoming consciousness should be a gradual one, not an abrupt one.' Tip number 2. Don't check your phone. The second thing you should never do, is check your phone right when you wake up. Something many of us do in the morning, is check our email notifications and our social media notifications. Just try not checking your phone for the first hour you are awake, and see how you feel. 3. Tip number 3.Don't go straight to your to-do list. The third thing to never do, is go straight to your To-Do list, treat the first 30 minutes to hour you wake up as like a moving meditation. While eating your breakfast, brushing your teeth, showering, try to avoid thinking of all the issues that lay ahead of that day. 4. The fourth thing that you should never do, is drink coffee RIGHT when you wake up. I am not saying drinking coffee in the morning is bad, but it should not be the first liquid you consume. Instead, try having a big glass of water, when you wake up your body is in a state of dehydration, and your cells are craving water. The Traits that Predict Success According to Psychology (And Jordan Peterson)
Test yourself on the five factor model here: https://www.truity.com/test/big-five-personality-test 7 Lessons to adapt a stoic mindset (video): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r1zyVGooNME Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed There are certain traits that are more desirable than others when it comes to how well one succeeds in the business world and this is heavily backed up by studies. So without further wasting your time with a lengthy intro, let’s get into the traits that predicts success according to psychology. 1. Conscientiousness So the first trait is conscientiousness and it’s a pretty broad term but it’s arguably the single biggest trait that predicts success and a staggering amount of research backs this up. It can be described as the way in which people control impulses and the ability to delay gratification rather than giving in to immediate rewards that often produce undesirable long-term consequences. 2. Agreeableness The second trait is agreeableness or in this case non-agreeableness. Being agreeable is not necessarily an undesirable trait to have as you’ll get along greater with more people, however it won’t serve you well when it comes to advancing in your career. I’m only referencing what research say about the traits predict success, and being too agreeable negatively predicts success. 3. Neuroticism (High negative emotion) The next trait is Neuroticism, or the tendency to experience high negative emotions. People that score high on the scale of neuroticism tend to react emotionally to events or situations that would not really affect people who score low on this scale. They see ordinary situations as potentially harmful and threatening and the problem with high levels of neuroticism is that it diminishes a person’s ability to think rationally and clearly in order to make better decisions and cope with stress. 4. Openness So Openness, or openness to experience is a trait that measures creativity, curiosity, eagerness to learn new things which obviously is a great trait to have. On the other side of the scale if you score low on openness, you’re most likely more reluctant to change, resist new ideas and are not very imaginative which isn’t a very desirable trait to have in the world of business. 5. Extraversion The last trait in the five factor model is extraversion and scoring high on this scale strongly predicts one to become an effective leader. Dominance and sociability are the most important attributes for that, however with that being said there are many great leaders who are not naturally extroverted. And for that matter there are also extroverted leaders that are horrible because they lack in other areas. Why Mark Cuban Thinks Diversification is a Horrible Idea - The TRUTH About Diversification
Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed So before you start bashing Mark Cuban for stating that diversification is a bad idea, you need to hear him out because there are some solid reasons for his claims. And he’s actually been backed up from no other than Warren Buffett who’s been quoted saying “Diversification is a protection against ignorance.” But why is that? You can’t diversify enough to know what you’re doing. So as an individual investor you can’t really follow a diversified portfolio closely enough to know if each one specifically is a good investment, which is why most people leave it to a financial planner to do the job for them, and I’ll tell you why that’s a horrible idea in a minute. Mark Cuban’s approach is different to the traditional diversification and unless he knows something specific where the margins are in his favor he’ll simply keep it in cash. And holding a substantial part of your wealth in cash isn’t necessarily common but it’s a very valid investment strategy as it enables you to take advantage of unexpected market crashes and other business opportunities, which is something he’s done many times. In 2009 he did his homework and bought mortgage backed securities when their value was crushed as well as investing in Australian bonds as a way of playing China. This at a time when most people had huge investments in regular diversified portfolios without any cash. A portfolio like that is great and all when the market is booming, but once the market crashes it's over. Even though you might put your eggs in different baskets and have several different investments in different markets, they’re all paper-assets. In the same paper-asset basket. It doesn’t matter how well this diversified portfolio is doing because as I stated before if or when the market crashes, your whole diversified paper-asset basket will do so too. Robert Kiyosaki explains this well through his rich dad poor dad brand where he talks about the four asset classes that you should invest in if you want to truly diversify your investments. They are owning a business, having real estate that create cash flow, commodities and lastly also paper assets. As a diversified investor you should invest in all of these asset classes and be specialized in one or two of them. Most people only invest in the paper assets without much knowledge about what they invest in and leave it to the financial planner. The financial planners that works for the bank can be ruthless and most of them care only to sell you their products, charge you fees, take your money to benefits themselves. And just to put things into perspective, today it takes 30 days to become a financial planner and about 1,5 years to become a massage therapist. The money you’re trusting a financial planner to invest and diversify for the rest of your life could be in the hands of someone who has no experience what so ever. But you need almost two years of practice before you can squeeze someone's calfs as a massage therapist. In most countries you can legitimately advise someone to buy a multimillion dollar property and make tens and even hundreds of thousands of dollars in commission in this one transaction. You’re not required to have any educational qualifications, not even complete year 12 in school to earn the title financial planner. So you think these people will advise you in your best interest or in their own best interest? The 3 Traits Warren Buffett Looks for When Hiring
Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed Warren Buffett is a sought after mentor for many schools and students and it’s not hard to understand why. His knowledge is beyond what people are taught in schools and when he’s invited to these public events or universities, people don’t hold back of trying to drag answers out of him. So when people ask him for advice about how to make it in the world of business he sometimes plays a little game with them. He asks them to pick a classmate, but no just a random one, the one classmate they would choose if they could have 10 % of their earnings for the rest of their life. And remember this is at stage where no one is actually making any money but are still in school in an attempt to graduate and later make money. So which classmate would you pick and why? Are you going to pick the one with the highest IQ, or are you going to pick the guy who can throw a football the farthest? Maybe the one with the highest grades? Well probably neither of these and Warren emphasizes that the qualitative factors are more important than what you can measure or read on paper. He makes the students think about the characteristics or the traits they think are important to be successful and in this case earn a lot of money. What they realize is that the traits that are seen as positive and great are most often based around the person they responded the best to and that had leadership qualities. The person who was going to be able to get other people to carry out their interests and had traits such as generosity, strong morals, kindness, honesty and giving credit to other people. To sum it up with one word - Integrity. And the reason for why developing your integrity is important is because it’s what Warren Buffett values the most in a person. And the other traits he looks for is intelligence and energy. However if the person only has the last two and lacks integrity, he would rather have them lazy and stupid or work for someone else. The definition of integrity basically means the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles and this is absolute key and he thinks that if you have these three traits combined you are bound to succeed and will do so, not through some dirty methods, but through making people want to work with or for you and being admired for what you stand for. So what does it really take to have and lead with integrity? Consciousness and choice. You have to intentionally reflect on how you act, how to behave and what to say so that it consistently reflects on your beliefs and values. Integrity means whole and complete in latin hence it requires that wholeness and consistency of character. There shouldn’t be a fluctuation in behavior depending on if you’re at work, with your family or with your friends. You are always you and should be able to follow the morals and principles you have consistently. However this can be extremely difficult at times, but is what separates the people we admire from the ones we don’t. The Biggest Opportunity to Build a Passive Income Business - Amazon FBA 2018
BIG UPDATE! The demand to enroll in the Freedom Formula course became so great and they increased the price. Congrats on the first few who joined the class at a discounted price! The good news is that you can now get their free $124,000 in 30 days training here: https://goo.gl/5KnU1G FBA Masterclass program: https://www.fbafreedomformula.com/a/6452/4Egoxh45 FBA Freedom Formula on YouTube: https://goo.gl/YxN2d4 FBA Freedom Formula website: https://www.fbafreedomformula.com/ Get the jungle scout tool: https://goo.gl/tG2F36 After scouring the internet for passive income streams I decided to take it up a notch with some more high reward methods but still with little risk and costs. And in this day and age there is no shortage of opportunities to create streams of income with minor startup costs. So one of the most popular ways to create an ecommerce business is through Amazon and their fulfilment service mostly due to the simplicity of it. What’s most appealing to me is the it’s location independent and you can operate it from almost anywhere in the world if you have access to a computer with a decent internet connection. So this here is a complete Amazon FBA tutorial and a step by step guide to start selling on Amazon. I’ve talked before about truly diversifying your investments in order to avoid getting screwed over if the market crashes and you have all your investments as paper assets. Paper assets are great to invest in but shouldn’t be the only asset class to generate an income for you, but should rather be one out of at least four. The three other if you follow Robert Kiyosaki’s advice are commodities, real-estate and owning a business. And the beautiful thing with being alive in this age is that it’s never been more accessible to become an investor in all of theses asset classes even if you don’t have a lot of money. Right now, the biggest opportunity to build a legitimate long term passive income business is through FBA, Fulfilment by Amazon. The Amazon brand is on track to become the world's first trillion dollar brand and they were responsible for a staggering 44 % of all ecommerce sales last year. Just think about that for a second. Almost half of the products purchased online last year in the US were bought on Amazon.com. What most people don’t know is that Amazon don’t sell their own products. In fact they sell your products for you and just take a small fee in return. Basically, this means Amazon are pretty much inviting you to open a store in their mall (the most popular mall in the world) that gets over 180 million shoppers every single month! So this is not a way of making a quick buck the next 30 days, but an opportunity to build a business for the long term that can generate 6-7 figure income if you follow the right steps. So what amazon has created is simply put convenience for anyone who wants to sell basically anything. if you’re going to sell a product, you won’t have to pack it, send it or even handle customer complaints and potential returns. This will all be managed by amazon and their fulfilment service 24 hours a day 7 days a week. And you’re able to take advantage of this service from almost anywhere in the world as it’s location independent. Which means I can chill in Sweden and write to my supplier in China, or for that matter have my VA write to them, and tell them to send my products to an amazon warehouse in the U.S. Most of the suppliers will be able to provide private labeling and you can put your own brand on there without any hassle for you. So before choosing what product you want to start selling, you need to know your market. Or more specifically you need to know how big of a demand there is and how much competition there is. And a common misconception here is that you need a unique product that no one else is selling on order to succeed. This might work one time of a hundred but in reality it’s pretty much the opposite. You want to focus on selling something that has already been proven to sell well in a market that’s not too saturated. You need some tools to do your amazon fba product research in order to have have success with it. I suggest using Jungle Scout and Unicorn Smasher. Let's make 2018 the best financial year so far! How to Burn Belly Fat Insanely Fast - The Best Type of Exercise for Quick Weight Loss
Old school labs FAT BURNER: http://amzn.to/2E2teun Video on Weight Loss and Cold Exposure: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I_GYzEbzcZQ Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed I don’t know about you but I love getting quick results where you make an effort for a very short amount of time and reap the rewards long after it’s done. And that’s exactly what you’ll get using the approach I’m about to cover. This way of training will dramatically reduce the time it takes to complete a workout, while providing exponential results in terms of weight loss and fat burning - and it’s all backed by studies. So I’ll show you exactly what to do in order to burn belly fat insanely fast. Belly fat is something most people want to get rid of, and there are ways to really burn fat of from the belly at a ridiculous rate. So the major hormones responsible for burning fat is human growth hormone, glucagon and testosterone, with the main one being hgh. And there are a few ways you can trigger it to burn fat at a pretty high rate, and also ways to trigger it to burn fat insanely fast. What is optimal for burning fat is high intensity interval training, more known as HIIT. HIIT is the best type of workout to burn that belly fat off. So to illustrate the idea of why HIIT is so effective, let’s compare a sprinter who uses a HIIT workout vs a marathon runner who relies on steady state cardio. I’d say the large majority of people want a similar body type as a professional sprinter. Absolutely ripped with a very low body fat percentage. So what you want to do is push yourself to the absolute limit for about 15-20 seconds. Short bursts of 100 % all out effort to really spike your heart rate and then rest until you’re able to go again. And the resting period is not set in stone but varies depending on how fit you are. A really fit person will recover faster and might not even need a full minute of rest, and most people needs at least 1 to 2 minutes of rest but just try to get the heart rate down to under 130 bpm before you go at it again. Repeat this no more than 10 times and you’re done. Working out with bursts of high intensity with short periods of rest has proved to the most effective way to burn fat compared to any other form of training, with one study reporting that a 4 min HIIT session burned 9 times more fat than 30-45 minutes on a treadmill. The heart can’t provide enough oxygen fast enough to the muscles which triggers a chain reaction of molecular responses in most organs of the body and this is exactly what you’re looking for. And the effectiveness of the HIIT workout doesn’t stop until long after completion as it would with steady state cardio. This is due to something called EPOC, or Excess, Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption. It will actually kick your metabolism into overdrive which will allow you to keep burning fat throughout the day and that 20 minute exercise will turn into a 24 hour fat burning session. But the benefits doesn’t end there. HIIT workouts has been shown to increase production of human growth hormone up to 450% which is fantastic since hgh, as I mentioned before is one of major hormones responsible for burning fat as well as building muscle, longevity and anti-aging. The best HIIT exercises are the ones who incorporates the whole body such as rowing machine, sprints, swimming, burpees and kettlebell swings. And even if you have a hard time working out, simply walking with higher intensity for a few seconds and then slowing down will have a much better effect than simply walking steady state style. How to Burn Fat WITHOUT Exercise - Cold Exposure and Fat Loss Explained
ECA Stack to Maximize fat burning: http://amzn.to/2uMcxfi Ice Bag Wrap: http://amzn.to/2eGpgwe 8 Hour Cold Packs: http://amzn.to/2uq1dWh Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed Calories in = calories out? This is not the true weight loss equation, and I will explain why many so called fitness experts are wrong. There are more ways to lose weight than trough activity levels and caloric restrictions. Essentially what you’re doing is getting rid of energy in order to lose weight, and energy can neither be created nor destroyed. It can only change forms. Remember when news came out about Michael Phelps and his ridiculous 12,000 calorie diet? That is absolutely outrageous to be able to be in peak condition while forcing 10,000 calories down every single day. But the secret of burning that many calories is not only in his exercise, but in his environment. Exposure to cold temperatures is known to mimic the effects of exercise, protecting against obesity and improving metabolic health. Take climbing mount everest for an example. Obviously the climbing itself will burn calories, however the extreme climate will force body fat to be used as heat and the pounds will fly off. Scott Parazynski, a former astronaut attempted to climb mount everest twice, and lost about 25 pounds each time. In order to prevent excessive weight loss, they had to eat lard and sticks of butter. This is the power of thermodynamics, an alternative way to get rid of energy, and simply shiver fat away. So there are two kinds of fats, white and brown. It’s the brown fat that the body will burn to generate heat, and the colder you become the more brown fat you will burn. When the white fat becomes cold, it can turn into a kind of brown fat, which in turn will be used as heat. In one study, participants were exposed to colder temperature for 10 hours each night for a month. When the month had passed, it showed that the participants had a 42 % increase in brown fat volume while at the same time increasing fat metabolic activity by 10 %. Ray Cronise, a former NASA scientist states that he has used this technique to boost his weight loss on many occasions, one time losing 30 pounds in 6 weeks. It takes a lot of energy heating the body, and it’s not much difference than heating your house. By exposing the body to cold, it has to use the body fat as energy in order to maintain natural body heat. Ray experimented on himself by drinking only ice cold water, sleeping without covers, went for midwinter “shiver walks” to see how effective this method was. He lost almost 6 pounds the first week. Back in 2006, Ray tried losing weight following an exercise and diet plan. It worked great and he lost about 20 pounds in 12 weeks. This was before we was introduced to cold exposure, and the weight he lost during this plan was sadly gained back with interest. However Ray was not done yet, and after reading about the effectiveness of cold exposure and fat loss, he decided to try it again. He used the same diet and exercise plan, but this time he implemented intermittent cold exposure. He lost 29 pounds in only 6 weeks, for an average of 4.8 pounds of weekly fat-loss. The addition of cold exposure alone rapidly increased the fat-loss, and he managed to lose the weight 3 times faster. Ray Cronise and Tim Ferriss have both experimented with thermodynamics in order to lose weight fast, and there some fairly pleasant methods that most can use. First of all, he consumed an ECA Stack 45 minutes before being exposed to the cold. The ECA stack causes your body to target specific fat cells to be burned for energy, all the while raising your overall metabolic rate and suppressing appetite. After that, he simply submerged himself in a cold bath for 20 minutes. However there is a more pleasant way of doing it, and you will get about 60 % of the results even without the ECA. Simply place an ice pack on the back of your neck and the upper traps area for roughly 30 minutes. It’s more beneficial if you do it in the evening when you’re less insulin sensitive. Another method you can use is to simply a big glass of ice cold water on an empty stomach upon waking up. Studies have shown that this will increase resting metabolic rate up to 30 %. Combine all these and you will burn fat without exercise. And lastly, go for a cold shower. Start of with hot water and apply shampoo and soap, and when it’s time to rinse it, turn it cold. Make sure the water hits the upper back/lower neck area for best results. The 7 Things You Need to GIVE UP to be Successful
Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed After plowing through research and documents about becoming more productive and achieve more, it became evident that we don’t always need to add more things to get there, but rather give up on some of them. So here are the 7 most important things you need to give up on to be successful. 1. The fear of uncertainty. The first thing to give up on is that fear of uncertainty. If you wait and procrastinate for things to be right you’ll end up waiting for the rest of your life and that’s what murders the chances of ever making progress. 2. The need to be liked/Approval from others. The need to be be liked and get approval from others is a nice concept unless you’re trying to get everyone to approve you, because that’s impossible. Originality and authenticity are two key factors that people will appreciate about you that will separate you from others so try to focus on that and just know the hate and haters will come regardless. 3. Relying on luck. It’s actually pretty easy to get lucky when you work your balls off every day because then opportunities will come along that otherwise would be hidden or you just wasn’t prepared for them yet. Good luck is not given but earned. It seems that luck is nothing more than preparation meeting opportunity. 4.The need to be perfect The need to be perfect is a major factor you need to give up as it slows down progress dramatically. Perfection doesn’t exist, it’s an illusion and the pursuit of it will waste time and drain your energy like a plumber draining a clogged pipe. Screw perfection, aim for progress and improvement. 5. Avoiding discomfort. Avoiding discomfort versus seeking discomfort has shown to be one of the main factors that separates a struggling low-income worker and potential first generation millionaire. Sacrifice your free time, turn down partying on the weekend and get to work and see where that takes you. 6. A victim mentality You’ll need to give up the victim mentality which can be easily overlooked and ignored and we don’t always want to realize that we possess it, myself included. Try to always blame yourself for whatever happens and see yourself as the problem rather than pointing fingers at everyone else. 7. Learned helplessness. When everything just goes against you and nothing seems to work out it’s easy to fall into learned helplessness. The belief that no matter what you do you’re not in control of what’s happening based on past experiences and you end up just doing nothing since trying is pointless anyway. The only way to break free from that state is to just keep going once you get started and work through the setbacks. The LAW of Three - How to Increase Your Income GUARANTEED
Optimize Yourself Financially - My Own Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wR71N8450WI&list=PLXN0XO_WBISnCMZd_qDr1pfSAP50mq0M4 Website: primedlifestyle.com The law of three will help you double your productivity, performance and output within twelve months, and sometimes even within the first month. If you follow these guidelines you will be on your way to increase your income at any age, in any field. it’s not the company that is not willing to pay you the money. It’s you that don’t contribute enough to be worth that additional money. Jim Rohn illustrated this great when he said: “If you want to have more, you have to become more.” The law of three says that there are three primary things you do that contribute 90 % or more of your value to the company. It’s your job to identify those three things and then make sure to do them all day long. Use these methods and I guarantee that you will increase your salary, if not double it within the first year. The ideas for this video were taken from Brian Tracy’s book No Excuses. Remember that in order to have more, you have to become more. Science of Meditation - Benefits of Meditation and Mindfulness Explained
Optimize Yourself Mentally - My Own Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ht_yijZ4T5I&list=PLXN0XO_WBISl0yW6Peqme4YW6mMLvi3L7 Website: primedlifestyle.com Meditation and mindfulness - What does the science tell us? Meditation has tremendous effects when it comes to boosting your happiness. If you meditate effectively it will decrease depression, anxiety, and stress. According to the American Psychosomatic Society, Mindfulness meditation was effective in decreasing mood disturbance and stress symptoms in both male and female patients with a wide variety of cancer diagnoses, stages of illness, and ages. Added to that, it also increases your positive emotions. Again, the American Psychosomatic Society published an article that stated that “a short program in mindfulness meditation produces demonstrable effects on brain and immune function. These findings suggest that meditation may change brain and immune function in positive ways”. So meditation will actually not only decrease stress, anxiety and depression, but it will also increase the positive emotions. However the article also underscored the need for more research. Meditation has also been proven to boost your overall health. It increases your immune function and inflammation at the cellular level. One study concluded that mindfulness meditation reduces physical pain. “After four-days of mindfulness meditation training, meditating in the presence of noxious stimulation significantly reduced pain-unpleasantness by 57% and pain-intensity ratings by 40% when compared to rest.” So if you have physical pain, meditation can help you relieve some of that! Meditation boosts your social life and increases your emotional intelligence. It makes you more compassionate and even makes you feel less lonely. You will increase your sense of connection to others according to the American Psychological Association. A brief loving-kindness meditation exercise were conducted to examine whether social connection could be created toward strangers in a controlled laboratory context. And just a few minutes of loving-kindness meditation increased feelings of social connection and positivity toward novel individuals. These results suggest that this easily implemented technique may help to increase positive social emotions and decrease social isolation. Maybe not the tip you expected. Sit by yourself in peace and quiet to boost your social life! Meditation will actually change your brain for the better. Using high-resolution MRI data of 44 subjects, scientists set out to examine the underlying anatomical correlates of long-term meditation with different regional specificity. The effects of meditation were visual and they detected significantly larger gray matter volumes in meditators in the right orbito-frontal cortex. In addition, meditators showed significantly larger volumes of the right hippocampus that’s implicated in emotional regulation and response control according to sciencedirect. So if you want to increase the size of your brain and head so you can fit your head into a larger helmet, my tip is for you to meditate! It will also improve your productivity. I hope you sit comfortable and listen carefully now because if you’re not convinced by now, you should hear this. Meditation will increase your focus, attention, memory, ability to multitask, as well as your ability to be creative and think outside the box. After four sessions of either meditation training or listening to a recorded book, participants with no prior meditation experience were put to the test. Both interventions were effective at improving mood but only brief meditation training reduced fatigue, anxiety, and increased mindfulness. The findings, according to sciencedirect, suggest that just 4 days of meditation training can enhance the ability to sustain attention; benefits that have previously been reported with long-term meditators. Meditating gives you perspective. You can take a step back and observe what you feel rather than letting your feelings control you, which in turn will improve your logical decision making. When you really get to know your mind, you will by default become more authentic, and perhaps more humble. If you want my humble opinion on it, I think everyone should perform some kind of meditation or mindfulness practise for at least 15 minutes a day, unless you’re incredibly busy of course. Then you should do it for at least 30 minutes. I hope this video helped you out and that you learned something new. If it did make sure to annihilate that like button. And don’t forget to subscribe to keep yourself primed. The Fascinating Reason Ronaldo Sleeps 5 Times a Day - Polyphasic Sleep Explained
Audible 30 Day Free Trail: https://goo.gl/x64Vb9 Nick's book SLEEP on Amazon: https://amzn.to/2G1oNAo Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed Some of the greatest athletes athletes in the world have altered their way of sleeping in order to get greater recovery as well as enhance their performance when competing. They have abandoned the traditional way sleeping in one big chunk at night and instead divided it to more than once, and there are some pretty interesting reasons as to why. So in this video I’ll explain polyphasic sleeping and how it can benefit you. So polyphasic sleep is in the simplest terms sleeping in more than one phase opposed to monophasic sleep, which is what most people do - sleep in one big phase at night. And sleeping more than once a day might seem to be a weird new idea but in fact polyphasic sleep is as old as it gets and many animals do it naturally as well as humans, at least at first. Newborn babies are generally polyphasic before being trained to sleep all in one at night. But one person who brought the concept of polyphasic sleeping into the world of sport was Nick Littlehales as he was convinced it would improve and optimize athletes performances and ability to recover from their intense and tight schedules. He claims that eight hours of continuous sleep isn't suited to many people as it creates unnatural rhythms and leaves workers at their most tired between 1 and 3 pm during the day. Nick suggests to listen to the body’s internal clock and break the sleep up into two or more phases rather than one big one. The Colorado Experiment - How Casey Viator Gained 63 Pounds of Muscle in 28 Days
Optimize Yourself Physically - My Own Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLXN0XO_WBISn-LC7n8DgZoQEj74xfSXdg Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed Books: The New High Intensity Training by Ellington Darden on Amazon: http://amzn.to/2roCJyd The 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferriss on Amazon: http://amzn.to/2syuI9F The experiment was designed by Arthur Jones and supervised by Dr. Elliott Plese, who was the director of the exercise lab in the Department of physical Education at the Colorado State University. The experiment was intended to be a brutal example of minimalist training. And with 3 workouts per week, Casey Viator supposedly gained 63 pounds of muscle in 28 days where he increased his body weight by 45 pounds and lost 18 pounds of fat. Casey Viator was a freak of nature, and his genetics were absolutely insane. He was the youngest ever Mr. America winner in 1971 at only 19 years of age, weighing 218 pounds at 5 foot 8 inches tall. He demolished the competition against people who were a lot older than him and had years of training on him. In an interview with Bodybuilding.com, he said that “at a young age he seemed to grow doing regular sports. That his arms and legs grew from just running and hitting baseballs, and that his body responded quickly.” The Colorado experiment took place in 1973, 2 years after he won mr. America, when Casey was 21 years old. Arthur Jones recognized that Casey needed to get back to training, and with the knowledge of his muscle building potential, he wanted to do a case study with him. Jones sent all his latest Nautilus machines to Colorado state university and had them assembled in the exercise physiology laboratory. The experiment lasted for 28 days and was closely monitored by Dr. Elliott Plese, the director of the exercise lab in the Department of physical Education and the results were published in Ironman magazine. The same year as the experiment was conducted, Arthur Jones invited a young Arnold Schwarzenegger at 23 years old. He had just won his first Olympia, and came to train with him and Casey Viator. This is what Arnold said about the training Casey Viator did in the October 1973 Muscle builder Magazine: “Viator is a gym monster. I’ve never witnessed such ferocious, almost suicidal training in my life. He kills the weights. He mangles the equipment. And most of all he tortures himself to hysteria." He increased his bodyweight from 166.87 pounds to 212.15 for an overall gain of 45.28 pounds. He lost 17.93 pounds of body fat. So he actually gained a total of 63.21 pounds of muscle. However Ellington Darden writes that he went from 13.8 % body fat to 2.47 % according to the equipment that had during that time. Judge for yourself if you think that looks like 2.47 % body fat. 6 Health Benefits of Baking Soda - Why You Should Use it Every Day
Baking Soda on Amazon: http://amzn.to/2tOnP4d Optimize Yourself Physically - My Own Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLXN0XO_WBISn-LC7n8DgZoQEj74xfSXdg Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed If you enjoyed this video my might like my other video on apple cider vinegar. Why Apple Cider Vinegar is SUPER Effective for Weight Loss: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gnXnd5blHZU Baking soda is an absolute must have at home and it can be used both internally and externally for your own benefit. Baking soda, or sodium bicarbonate has been used as a remedy for ages, but has in recent history been replaced with more marketable and also more costly competition. Great for an upset stomach Baking soda is an antacid and can neutralize the acid in the stomach which can be effective if you are having trouble with acid reflux. Only ¼ of a teaspoon baking soda mixed in a glass of water will be enough to soothe an upset stomach. This is because baking soda, much like apple cider vinegar, can alter the ph levels and it works incredibly quick. And while you’re at it, add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar for even more health benefits. The two have opposite ph balances so it’s perfectly fine to mix them and drink at the same time. Great for skin Baking soda can be effective in the process of renewing your skin. As skin cells become too old, they flake off and die while new ones naturally replaces them. Using baking soda on your skin will promote this and old skin cells will be replaced by new healthy ones. This is because baking soda falls under the category of physical exfoliates, and the reason it’s so effective in promoting new healthy skin is simply because it physically removes the skin cells at the top layer through abrasive action. And because the powder is fine, yet hard, it will remove skin cells without causing excessive irritation. While the baking soda can promote new healthy skin through the exfoliation, it will at the same time prevent skin conditions such as acne. Similar to balancing the ph levels in the stomach, it will also balance the skin's ph levels and reduces the occurrence of skin breakouts. Brightens teeth It’s brilliant for making your teeth nice and shiny while removing plaque. Put a little bit of baking soda on your toothpaste and simply brush as you normally would for 2 minutes. Colgate states that baking soda can be found in many toothpastes and teeth-whitening products and that it does an excellent job at removing surface stains. However use it with caution and together with toothpaste to prevent damage to the enamel. Reduce odor Forget about expensive deodorants, baking soda will neutralize mild to severe body odor. It absorbs moisture and sweat from the skin and reduces the odor while at the same time kills bacteria that give rise to the body odor. All you need is ⅛ of a teaspoon baking soda, about a tablespoon water and some essential oil. Hair and dandruff Baking soda can actually be incredibly effective for your hair, especially if you have oily hair. Oily hair are more prone to pick up pollutants and strong smells which can be an issue. This is where baking soda can be of rescue, because it can easily fix this problem. The baking soda will reduce the oiliness while, similarly to the deodorant, neutralize bad odor. That’s not all. The alkalinity in the baking soda will balance the ph levels of the scalp, reducing dandruff to keep it clean and healthy. Depending on how much hair you have, mix 1 part baking soda with 3 parts water and apply the mix to your hair and scalp. Wait 5 minutes before rinsing it. You can also add about 1 tablespoon to your regular shampoo bottle and wash it with that. Sunburn If you been in the sun for too long and forgot to add sunscreen, don’t you worry. Baking soda will be of assistance here as well. Get in your bathtub at a soothing temperature and dump half a cup of baking soda in there. Get in and stay in there for at least 10 minutes. You should let your skin air dry rather than using a towel. This will relieve the burnt areas quickly and effectively. The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People
Audible 30 day free trail: https://goo.gl/x64Vb9 The Seven Habits of Highly Effective people on Amazon: http://amzn.to/2pLASPn Optimize Yourself Mentally - My Own Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ht_yijZ4T5I&list=PLXN0XO_WBISl0yW6Peqme4YW6mMLvi3L7 Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ This is one book I think is timeless and will be read many, many years from now. Stephen Covey writes brilliantly about the 7 habits of highly effective people, and I will break them down in this video. The habits can be divided into 3 categories. The first three habits focuses on mastering one self. Self-mastery is absolute key when it comes to developing highly effective habits, and there is a reason for why those habits are the first three. Habits 4 to 6 is more about mastering and developing successful teamwork. Being able collaborate, communicate and achieve results all parties will benefit from. Optimize Yourself Physically - My Own Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLXN0XO_WBISn-LC7n8DgZoQEj74xfSXdg Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed Full squat guide: https://stronglifts.com/squat/ Is the squat the king of all exercises? If you could only perform one exercise for the rest of your life, is the squat the right choice? One advantage with squats is that it works a many muscles at the same time and is a compound exercise. Because you can lift a lot heavier weight than almost all other exercises doing a squat, it’s super effective for gaining overall strength and muscle. An exercise so common, something that we do every day without realizing. When you pick something up, when you sit down on a chair or when you’re done taking a shit. The squat is long range motion that involves the whole body in it’s movement, hence it’s commonly dubbed the king of all exercises. Indeed your legs do most of the work, however your abs and lower back muscles are also heavily involved in stabilizing the torso when balancing the bar. A full range squat with heavy weight will work the following muscles: Legs. The quads, hamstrings, adductors, glutes and calves are all engaged in the squat. Lower back. The lower back must resist the the downward force of the bar and keep the spine in neutral position. Abs. Similarly to the lower back, your abs will be engaged to keep your spine neutral when you squat. Arms. In order to keep the bar from moving, you will work your arms. You won’t get a sick bicep peak from squatting but it will definitely put some size on your arms. Some of the benefits of squatting with weights. You will gain strength. Because squats works your whole body, you will increase your overall strength which is beneficial for sports, your daily life and if someone is trying to smack you down on the streets. You will also build muscle. This kinda goes hand in hand with strength and having a solid squat routine will help in building more muscle because the heightened release of human growth hormone. Burn fat. Squats along with deadlifts burn more energy than any other exercise because it allows you to work with heavier weights and you recruit more muscles. Increase fitness and overall health. Doing heavy squats over time will decrease your resting heart rate and blood pressure while at the same time increase cardiovascular fitness. Increase your explosiveness. Squats improves your ability to generate force fast and it will give you an advantage when you need to be quick and explosive. Squats will strengthen your bones. Since squats is one of the heaviest exercises you can do, the weight will literally compress you when you’re under the bar. This will make your bones grow stronger and will be less likely to break. Increases Flexibility. Since squats is one of the exercises where you actually need to be decently flexible to even perform it, it’s safe to say you will not become inflexible from squatting. Improves your balance. As long as you don’t do your squat is the smith machine, you have to balance heavy weights while moving it up and down. It also improves your coordination along with your proprioception. What about injuries to the knees? According to The national strength and conditioning association, “Injuries attributed to squat may result not from the exercise itself, but from improper technique, pre-existing structural abnormalities, other physical activities, fatigue or excessive training.” NSCA also states in their studies that squats improve knee stability if lifting technique does not place rotary stresses on the knee. So squats is not bad for your knees, but will actually strengthen and prevent injuries to your knees if you perform the squat correctly that is. What do think guys, is the squat the single best exercise ever? It will certainly make you stronger and faster, but it’s not easy work doing a proper squat routine. However there is no progress without struggle. I would also recommend you to check out stronglifts.com, they have a big guide on how to perform the perfect squat.
