I ended up buying the Synergy edition [ZT-60904-10M] instead of [ZT-60901-10M] by mystake. Their characteristics are the same (except 901 has a cooler design) but according to zotac website, 901 has extra features and extended warranty... However, on my box it lists all those features as key features. I'm confused.
I'm glad you've brought up the issue of how many watts for this card. Technically it should run on 430W PSU, and probably quite smaller PSU. The GTX650 Ti is specced to 110W and 400W PSU. This is specced to 140W, so 30W more. However when you look on Pro reviews of this card, the total system power, is usually about 320W. (That's measured at the wall.) Add on your preriferals. Also he says it's compatible back to 2.0, but the Zotac site claims bacl to 1.1, so all good.
Then why would you call someone else who said No a "broke ass noob?" What if they just simply disagree with you but you just call them poor. Maybe they actually a good job and they're making money but they just don't need a GTX 660 Ti.
WTH with all the negative comments on money, how people spend their money, and personal attacks. You get the card you can or think you can afford. Nuff said. Grow up people. Especially those of you older than 22.
You cant expect everyone to have this kind of money dipwad.
You sound like you think gaming is more important than food, water, electricity, clothes, etc etc. I am not broke, i am just stating the facts.
Out of naive curiosity, What are the differences between the 660 and the 660 Ti? I'm thinking about building a few gaming computers (one rack mounted for home, and one mini tower/cube to take with me when I travel for extended periods of time for work. I'm interested in this card because it is smaller than other cards so I figured I could fit it in a smaller case?
Thank you for your answers!
So I was going to get the ZOTAC AMP! GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) ZT-50302-10M. But now I think that the extra 20 dollars will be worth it for this card. Could someone respond to this and tell me which one will be more worth it? (I play a lot of fps and RPG)
